In my article for UncoverDC discussing recent Second Amendment legal developments, i talked about the US Supreme Court setting a trap for activist lower courts, in order to deal with their unwillingness to follow SCOTUS rulings & instead go rogue. The first such challenge to that activism has now been launched, asking the US Supreme Court to step in & deal with it directly. And its in a case the US Supreme Court has already vacated a 9th Circuit activist opinion in, & remanded, after granting Certiorari for. 👇

A pro gun Rep got Jerry Nadler to admit his upcoming assault weapons ban violates US Supreme Court decision Heller v DC. It’s unconstitutional on its face. It also violates landmark US Supreme Court decision in NY State Rifle & Pistol Assoc v Bruen. They KNOW their bill violates the law- the US Constitution & Bill of Rights, but their shoving it through anyway.

Indeed, lack of proper chain of custody for 200k ballots, ineligible signatures, mismatched voting records, a quarter million corrupted ballot images.

That’s been known for 10 months. Remember, the audit was not a recount.

There were plenty of issues with the audit. It was the first of its kind. But it did reveal an uncertifiable election.

Listening to Viva and Barnes discuss the Fanni Grand Jury...
He said the reason Fanni sent the target letters was because the alternate electors had offered to testify and bring exculpatory evidence...

He said it made her mad. So the letters were sent to get them to plead the 5th instead..
