The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals is being forced to re-open & re-hear this case & rule using BRUEN standards! This is HUGE! The 4th made up a bullshit excuse about AR-15s ‘being useful in military uses’ to rule ‘these rifles fall outside the protection of the 2A’. SCOTUS just vacated this & remanded the case.
