Last Thursday I filed an emergency injunction request to stop the canvass of the election until we could find a solution to make whole all those who were not able to vote. They denied the emergency and set the date for today, two days after the deadline to canvass. Today the case was dismissed because the case is moot now that the election has already been canvassed last Friday.

A US POTUS comes into office who isn't under their control, so suddenly the CCP takes a keen interest in voting machines & the PII of election workers.
