Couple links I found in my research after I had a bad gout attack back in July.

I suspected the gout inflammation was from dietary causes as well as nutritional deficiencies.

I've discovered several things.

What they call 'wheat' that they put in just about everything isn't really wheat any longer. They've modified it to the point it causes problems in the human digestive tract.

Eating wheats and grains actually clogs up your stomach and colon and inhibits the absorption of nutrients.

What I've also learned: many key nutrients essential to health - especially to combat inflammation and promote a strong immune system - have been either accidently or deliberately eliminated from the average diet. You have to go out of your way and supplement to get enough of these nutrients:

The Gov't's RDA for most of these either hasn't been established or is at trace levels just enough to prevent major diseases.

If you check your multivitamin/mineral supplement, you'll find these 8 items above either completely missing or at exceedingly low levels.

As food got more processed and genetically modified, most of these essential nutrients were either vastly reduced or completely eliminated.

The most effective nutrients at preventing chronic inflammation & killing parasitical or virus organisms have been almost completely stripped from the average American diet over the past 50 years.

Was that an accident? I'm starting to have my doubts about it.
