They specifically targeted a Loudon County Virginia father who made public at a schoolboard hearing that the school district was hiding the rape of his daughter by a transgender student who had previously raped another student. They used the patriot act to declare him a terrorist and open an terrorism investigation on him for daring to tell other parents what what had happened and was still going on.
