Raid was without merit. The FBI knowingly took privileged documents including attorney-client privileged materials that they knew it was illegal to seize, in a raid that politically motivated and aimed at a political rival of Biden.

They knew they had no real pretext for this raid, they stole items ranging from gifts to attorney client documents, and knowingly violated the law.

They obtained a search warrant after judge shopping and gained it by false pretenses.

And then the selectively leaked to willing media outlets to smear the former President of the United States.

And within days of this, the backlash was so bad Attorney General Merrick Garland held a press conference where he Lied to the American people about the probable cause, the warrant itself, items seized and the legitimacy of the whole incident.

The Justice Department doesn't have a case against Donald Trump: The Justice Department has a smear operation running against Donald Trump using false accusations while leaking lies to a willing press, while hiding behind 'an ongoing investigation' like the cowards they are. Especially Merrick Garland, the thug siccing the FBI on concerned Parents as though they are Terrorists.

Is this what Equal justice is? Hillary Clinton had top secret Special Access Programs on her server and was never raided or searched. But here we are with Merrick Garland and Chris Wray's thugs raiding Mar-A-Lago to go after another Political Enemy.

If Trump and his people were voluntarily doing what was asked, IN SPITE OF PRESIDENTIAL AUTHORITY TO DECLASSIFY THOSE RECORDS, why was raid necessary? It wasnt. It was a political stunt; the goal was intimidation and possibly to plant evidence for a frame up. All court records are clear: Donald Trump and his people were bending over backwards to accomodate requests. The Justice Dept was abusing its authority to target a Political Enemy. An Enemy that they fear being re-elected.

And let's talk about that 'storage room'. During Trump's presidency, the Secret Service built a fully functional and certified SCIF- Secure Classified Intelligence Facility. Do you REALLY think the documents were not stored in that SCIF???????

There was no real legal justification of this raid. None. It was a political stunt meant to Intimidate Donald Trump and dissuade him from running for President in 2024.

I'm not going to bother highlighting this screencap: the reality is every single word would be highlighted. The FBI allowed Hillary Clinton to destroy evidence, clean up her mess and literally gave her a pass on one of the most damaging leaks of highly classified national security information in US History.

And the treatment Donald Trump received, who declassified all documents at Mar-A-Lago which was his legal power as president, could not have been more different. Instead the FBI raided his home on a fake pretext, stole hordes of personal property including the President's personal passport, and seized documents they had to know were already declassified.

Again, this raid wasn't about classified documents— this was an attempt to intimidate a Political Enemy, the goal to scare him away from running for office again.

Merrick Garland was trying to destroy an Enemy of the Democrat party who threatened to unseat them in 2024.

I have a lot to say about this. As a former Information Technology profession for the Department of Defense, one of my duties was to clean up 'spillage': thats the term for classified information that intentionally or accidentally is transmitted on unclassified systems in contravention of the rules of classification. I have seen people go to prison for many years for so much less than Clinton did.

To think that the FBI KNEW that foreign nations (China, Russia, Iran, and others) had penetrated her server and compromised all the information sent to/from it, and deliberately downplayed and failed to act on this is a CATASTROPHIC BREACH OF US NATIONAL SECURITY.

MORE: They not only allowed it to go uninvestigated in any meaningful way, they allowed Cinton and her lawyers to DESTROY EVIDENCE, to hide the crime making it impossible to fully understand the depth of damage done to US National Security.
