Many of you are asking what the relief would be in Missouri v. Biden, should the case be decided in Plaintiffs favor. Right now the judge is considering a preliminary injunction. Plaintiffs were granted the ability to conduct pre-trial discovery, which is why you are seeing these depositions and the arguments about them. The preliminary injunction would stop companies and the gov from partaking in #1 until the case was heard and decided. Let me know if you have questions about this before I go on
