He previously ruled it unconstitutional but was reversed by En Banc 9th Circuit review, which was itself thrown out by the US Supreme Court in light of Bruen decision & remanded & it now is back in the hands of Judge Benitez who is expected to AGAIN strike down both the California mag ban & assault weapons ban.
