California announces plan to charge landowners for their own water
It's not satire — it's Agenda 2030 perfect awareness of all resources and economic activity.
California has announced to landowners that they now are going to be billed for the water they take out of their own wells, on their own land. Hundreds of dollars in fees are looming, with 25% penalties for those who don't pay on time:
"Landowners whose property is within an unmanaged area and contains an operating ground water extraction well must report the volume of groundwater extracted from the well. The groundwater extraction volume must be reported as a monthly total. In addition to pumping volumes, reports must include the location of the well and the place and purpose of use of the groundwater. Groundwater extraction reports are not due to the state water board until February 1, 2023. However, if you are required to report, the report must include pumping volumes for each month between the date of receipt of this letter and September 30, 2022."

Globe vs Flat Earth Court Case (2019)
Thompson vs. Garcia was a lawsuit about a “contest to prove Earth’s curve” set up by the defendant, a flat-Earther, Zen Garcia from Winder, Georgia.
Zen Garcia held a challenge to any individual in the world that should they be able to verify with two independent scientifically verifiable experiments that either the Earth had curvature or that it was moving in excess of 50 mph, that they could earn the reward money.
The contest ran from August of 2016 until November 2017, the date of the First International Flat Earth Convention held in Raleigh, North Carolina. William Thompson was one of many which inquired to and tried to meet the challenges of the contest.
It was very clearly stated in the rules that one would have to produce experiments which were verifiable in real world scenario and situation and which could be repeated by others in following similar scientific method.
Plaintiff William Thompson provided ample evidence to warrant being rewarded the prize money put up in challenge, but could not scientifically prove that curvature based on real-world experimentation that curvature actually exists.
On the contrary Zen Garcia brought forth to the court many real world testimonies from the professional surveyors & civil engineers, attesting against the supposed existence of the Earth’s curvature.
Thus, the court ruled in favor of the defendant & Flat Earther Zen Garcia!!
Zen Garcia has done an incredible job to compile and present (in the following post) all the real world testimonies and evidence that professional surveyors, architects or engineers don't account at all for the supposed earths curvature in their mega projects.
