Li Ching Yuen - the man who lived for 256 years!

Li Ching-Yuen (李清云) was a Chinese herbalist, martial artist and tactical advisor, known for his extreme longevity.
He died from natural causes on 6 May 1933 in Kai Xian, Sichuan, Republic of China.
Ching-Yuen produced over 200 descendants during his life span, surviving 24 wives. Other sources credit him with 180 descendants, over 11 generations, living at the time of his death and 14 marriages.
HOW TO ACHIEVE LONGEVITY?🌿
In 1927, General Yang Sen invited Li Qhing Yuen to Wanxian, China, to teach about health and longevity. Li Qingyun was reported to be 250 years old at the time, and his visit to Wanxian was big news. In 1970, Yang Sen compiled a book of his and other’s accounts of Li Qhing, noscriptd "An Authentic and True Record of a 250-Year-Old Man", which Stuart Alve Olson started translating into English in the 1982.
