NEW: Slovak PM Robert Fico has halted emergency electricity supplies to Ukraine starting today, calling it “the first reciprocal step” over the suspension of Russian oil transit via the Druzhba pipeline.
He said:
“If the Ukrainian side asks Slovakia for assistance in stabilizing its energy grid, such assistance will not be provided.”
