Democracy, being inherently divisive, cannot bring 'freedom' in the sense that individuality cannot be the basis of sociality without it fighting itself. Freedom being individuality in this case, for those who defend democracy and the 'freedom' it gives. Democracy and Freedom are contradictory.
In their mind dividing the population into groups, creating infighting and agitation within the respective nation, is worth it in the name of Democracy, thus those who speak of Unity and Democracy are contradicting themselves and are fishing for votes.
One cannot defend Democracy without defending the opposition, because saying the opposition is voting wrong is an admission democracy doesn't work.

"Liberalism tears down ‘reality’ and then proceeds to build a social, political, falsely ideological and economic construct based almost completely on a whimsical outlook and their own egotistic desires. Their entire program is a system created out of pure fantasy. Therefor, all that they accomplish to establish or place into action on both the social and political governmental levels are already doomed for failure."

Words, being abstractions, mean little if they can be twisted into what you want them to mean. Thus being defeated in a debate means you got defeated by a collection of abstractions.

"Europe dies, because it forgot the law. Instead of the rule of the chosen, democracy rules. Instead of freedom, liberalism rules. Instead of duty, pleasure triumphs. Instead of the warrior, the merchant speaks. Instead of iron, gold governs."
If you let the media dictate what you're allowed to think, say and do, you've lost.
"Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?"

"…and we're all going around not being quite who we would want to be and so one of the most important things of making space for somebody is to make the space that they can step into and be the person they would like to be. because what we're dealing with is transformation. of ourselves. and every single person we meet
Now everything just seems about to break
Because people don't need proof when they have faith
We surrender when we crawl, when we doubt
If we stop, if we stay quiet, we die
…it's today. the most valuable, precious thing you have in your life is this second. nothing is better later
Now instinct has left its warm lair
And courage is back on the wings of prayer
Within our joyous drunkeness
Solitude is accepted
Let it come from within
In each instant of time
With each crumbling
…alle sorgen, alle kleinlichen dinge des lebens, alle unklarheit und schwäche fällt ab von uns…
We are all dead
But dancing
In black waves of sleep
All covered with flowers
Seared from within
We stood guard on the ramparts
Shedding our leaves
In beautiful completeness
While they insulted our grief
…er ist bezwungen, er ist unser…
So go ahead and free me -allem voran die tat
Better dead than kneeling -allem voran die tat
Our lives deprived of meaning -allem voran die tat
So stop trying to conceal me -allem voran die tat"

"At first there is the rational encirclement of the opponent, then the societal one; finally, at the appointed hour, he is exterminated. No more desperate fate exists than getting mixed up in a process where the law has been turned into a weapon."

"May everything come true. May they believe. And may they laugh at their passions. For what they call passion is not really the energy of the soul, but merely friction between the soul and the outside world. But, above all, may they believe in themselves and become as helpless as children. For softness is great and strength is worthless. When a man is born, he is soft and pliable. When he dies, he is strong and hard. When a tree grows, it is soft and pliable. But when it's dry and hard, it dies. Hardness and strength are death's companions. Flexibility and softness are the embodiment of life. That which has become hard shall not triumph."
