Its basin, extending for some 2,000 miles (3,200 km) from west to east and for more than 600 miles (1,000 km) from north to south, drains an area of 698,265 square miles (1,808,500 square km).

There is quite a few upstream feeder rivers to the Yangtze.
If there is a lot of rain in the headwaters, it will take a few days to raise the river level downstream.
The dam was apparently weakened in last years flood.
How much stress can it withstand?

Revelation 11:3 says, “And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.”
Daniel 12:11–12 says, “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.
Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.”

10/28/2017 + 1260 days = 4/11/2021.
10/28/2017 + 1290 days = 5/11/2021.
10/28/2017 + 1335 days = 6/24/2021.
The first prophetic timeframe has passed and we are in the 30 day end time of the second prophetic timeframe.

Let us look for confirmation.
This year 4/11/2021 is a NEW MOON, 5/11/2021 is a NEW MOON, 6/24/2021 is a FULL MOON.
These Prophetic Dates starting from Q's first post on 10/28/2017 perfectly line up with this years Lunar Calendar. Coincidence?

Left rear flag has 7 Red stripes, Right rear flag has 4 Red Stripes.
Possibly pointing to 7/4/2021 4th July.
Also 7 + 4 = 11.

Front left flag has 3 Red Stripes with 4th coming into view.
Front right flag once it hangs straight has 3 Red stripes.
This I believe is pointing to 11.3 with 11.4 imminent.
