Bill and Hillary Clinton are refusing to testify before Congress, after being subpoenaed regarding their relationship with Epstein.

If Epstein is a Trump scandal like the Dems/MSM claim it is, why would they miss this opportunity to expose Trump?

Because it’s a Clinton scandal, and always has been. Anyone claiming otherwise never had any clue what they were talking about. Epstein was part of the Democrat elite.

By the Clintons refusing to honor their subpoena and appear before Congress, they are pretty much admitting they don’t have anything on Trump, and very much have something to hide.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer announced today that former President Bill Clinton FAILED to appear for his scheduled closed-door deposition for his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, despite a lawful subpoena.

Not a SINGLE democrat attended today's proceedings to demand answers, accountability and hit Bill Clinton with hard questions!

Turns out, democrats only show up and stand in solidarity to falsely accuse President Trump, and SCATTER when their own is implicated!

Mr. Clinton’s lawyers informed the panel in writing on Monday they had deemed the subpoena “legally invalid.” Mr. Clinton was a no-show on Tuesday, instead opting to make public a letter he sent to Committee Chairman James Comer condemning his handling of the Epstein probe, the GOP’s stewardship of their congressional majority and President Trump’s agenda.

Mr. Comer, Kentucky Republican, told reporters outside of the hearing room that following Mr. Clinton’s decision not to appear, the panel would vote next week to hold the former president in contempt of Congress.

Looks like Jack Smith is set to testify publicly next week before House Judiciary.

I have many questions for lawmakers to ask...starting with "why did you continue to sign your name as 'Special Counsel Jack Smith' on government filings in the Florida documents case after Judge Cannon dismissed the indictment in July 2024 after determining your appointment violated the Constitution?"

This is important because a judge in Virginia, a former colleague of Jim Comey's, is demanding that Halligan explain why her name and noscript as US Attorney remains on DOJ filings after a separate judge declared HER appointment violated the Constitution.

The response to the judge's inquiry is expected today; the disqualification order is on appeal.

Jack Smith added his name and noscript to DOJ filings until his last day in office. No one, including the media now hounding Halligan for the same, said a word in protest.
