COUNCIL TAX?

Did the Police have a warrant? - Yes

Can they force entry? - No

Some people have had Police Officers waiting outside.

Most Constabularies don’t touch council tax warrants but they can do if requested

These particular Police Officers did not know the rules of execution for this type of warrant. Nor did they know it was a category C warrant either. This happened 6 months ago and I am currently helping the lady take court action against the Police. Informal proceedings are currently in process and the Police have gone very quiet, when they are obliged to respond. Formal proceedings are due to be issued against the Police once I have finished a few necessary steps "
