این برنامه‌ی مطالعه‌ی این هفته‌ی منه. ازش بخواین با همین جزئیات بهتون برنامه بده و اگه خواستید می‌تونم هر هفته پلن‌هام رو بذارم و باهم بخونیم.

می‌شه امشب هم از یونان بگم؟ بعدش قول می‌دم بریم یه جای دیگه

یه سری معابد توی یونان باستان وجود داشتن که مثل بیمارستان عمل می‌کردن و جایی وقف شده برای خدای درمانشون (آسکلیپیوس) بود.
معمولا مکان‌های مقدس برای ساخت این معابد انتخاب می‌شدن. جایی که آب روان داشت، به طبیعت نزدیک یا بالای تپه بود.
معروف‌ترین‌ ‌مهم‌ترین‌هاش توی کوس (اینی توی عکس می‌بینید) اپیداروس و پرگامون بودن.
به این معابد می‌گفتن آسکلیپیه‌آ، معابد خواب و شفا.

این معابد چه خدماتی می‌دادن؟

- موسیقی‌درمانی
- گیاه‌درمانی
- تئاتر
- تمرین‌های کششی و بدنی
- آب‌درمانی
- خواب‌درمانی

ما با آخری کار داریم.

اول بیاین ببینیم نحوه‌ی پذیرش بیمار توی این معابد به چه شکله.

۱)ثبت‌نام:
بیمار یا یکی از اعضای خانواده‌ش به معبد میومد و نام‌نویسی می‌کرد و درخواست می‌داد. یه فرم/لیست رو پر می‌کرد و اطلاعات خواسته شده رو می‌نوشت. یه قربانی هم معمولا می‌دادن (مار/حیوانات اهلی/نان مقدس)

۲) پاکسازی قبل از ورود به بخش خواب:
تمام بیماران قبل از ورود باید خودشون رو توی معبد آماده و پاکسازی می‌کردن. روزه‌های خاص می‌گرفت و غذاهای مشخص می‌خوردن و خودشون رو تمیز می‌کردن و دعا می‌خوندن.
نحوه‌ی دعا به اون صورتی که ما فکر می‌کنیم نبوده. جلوی مجسمه‌ی خدای موردنظر انجام می‌شده و یه ترتیب خاص داشته و یه ساختار منظم و همیشگی داشته چون قرار بوده مستقیما با خدا ارتباط بگیرن.
پس اینطوری که:
- ستایش (برای به دست اوردن دلش)
- درخواست
- تعهد دادن برای انجام کار مشخصی در قبال براورده شدن دعا

۳) آنوباتیسم:
بیمار به اتاقی به اسم آباتون هدایت می‌شد. اتاقی ساکت، تاریک و راحت که محل شروع درمان اصلی بود‌. بیمار شب رو توی آباتون به صبح می‌رسوند و زمانی که خواب بود خدای درمان و همراهانش به خوابش میومدن و یا درمانش می‌کردن و یا راه‌حل مشکلش رو می‌گفتن.

۴) تفسیر و درمان:
این خواب‌ها همگی توسط کاهن‌ها تفسیر می‌شدن تا درمان اصلی رو پیدا کنن و اگر نیازه دارو تجویز کنن. ممکن بود نوشیدنی خاصی بدن یا بگن این رژیم غذایی رو رعایت کن و یا اگه مشکل حاد بود جراحی می‌شد (فقط جراحی‌های کوچیک. انتظار عمل قلب نداشته باشید‌‌.)

۵) تکمیل درمان
ممکن بود بیمار مجبور بشه برای مدتی توی معبد بمونه یا کاهن‌ها ازش بخوان که تا زمان مشخصی به قربانی کردن ادامه بده.

حالا این همه گفتم که به چی برسم؟
هایلایت رضایت مشتری!
یه چیزی بوده به اسم ایاماتا (جمع ایاما به معنی درمان بوده). اینا گزارش‌هایی بودن که مردم توی معابد (مخصوصا معابد متعلق به آسکلیپیوس) می‌نوشتن و شرح حال می‌دادن که چه مشکلی داشتن و چطور درمان شدن و واو چقدر خوب بوده همه چی و شت معجزه!
یکی از نمونه‌هاش رو ببینید:

ἔδοξε αὐτῷ ἐνυπνιασθέντι ὁ θεὸς ἅψασθαι τοῦ σώματος καὶ λέγειν ὅτι ἀνίστασο καὶ περιπάτει.
καὶ ἀναστάς ἦλθεν ὑγιὴς ἔχων τὸ ῥάβδον ὃ κατέλιπεν ἐν τῷ τέμενει

Aristagoras, a man who was lame and walked with a cane, came to the sanctuary of Asclepius and slept in the abaton.
