If you are commissioning someone and please, do not mention anything about it being "furry", "commission", "nsfw" or anything.
Even SFW artist apparently are getting banned for drawing furries.
The best thing, is to leave it blank.
You risk losing your own account and the artist's

PayPal now asks for a comment or opinion of the business when you are paying a PayPal invoice.
If you are buying NSFW art from an artist who holds a PayPal Business account.
Mentioning paying for anything which is Adult will put that Artist's PayPal account at risk of being disabled, potentially your own account may be disabled as well.
- There are reports of SFW artists who have also been disabled so probably don't even mention furry or commissions either.
Just keep it simple and safe and leave it blank.
