The criteria for distributing $NOT are becoming clearer:
The biggest rewards went to moderators, helpers and other people helping the project. They received Contributor rewards totaling 5 billion points, which is $5m $NOT at the exchange rate.
Quite significant rewards were given to the top referrers - you can see screenshots of up to a billion points or 1m $NOT.
Ordinary users who were deeper into the process also got their perks - you can see it on my screenshot above. I beta-tested notcoin, and "found the way" and tapped a lot, and gave Durov a lot of credit. Thus I consider the additional award of 20000 $NOT quite worthy.
Criteria of shaving are not clear yet, but we have some info:
Multiacсers and auto-clickers have been shaved, as far as we can see from the chats. However, we have a person who said that he used the loupe and he got 0. I used the loupe all the time and I was not shaved. Plus I think loupe was just used by everyone.
Preliminary information on the $NOT listing - it will be on April 20. Maybe that date will be pushed back a few days. So definitely not earlier, maybe a little later. I'll update you on everything at @toptapen.

Notcoin itself doesn’t mention how to contact anyone in there team. Path was a little tricky, through Tonkeeper support, which is legit.
If you see 0 in your Notcoin account and you are not a cheater, follow this guide:
1. Copy your User ID at the bot https://news.1rj.ru/str/getmyid_bot
2. Go to this Google form and fill it honestly
3. Wait for decision
