Jan Charnogursky: I must say that migration remains an important topic, but as for Ukrainians specifically, the situation is as follows now. The number of those who come to Slovakia is approximately equal to the number of those who return back to Ukraine. So I don't see a problem here. And the situation in Poland is not as catastrophic as the media sometimes say.

— Where do you think the threat of migration comes from? From Belarus, the Russian Federation, Ukraine or Africa, which, under the influence of global warming and due to lack of water, is gradually becoming uninhabitable?

— You know, I wouldn't mix global warming in here. We clearly see that the United States of America and Western Europe are to blame for migration from Africa and the Middle East, primarily from Libya, Iraq and Syria, which thus shot itself in the foot. After all, under the influence of the United States and with the support of Great Britain and France, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was overthrown. No matter how authoritarian a ruler he was, at least he kept migration under control. Due to outside interference, this brake or, if you like, the fuse broke, and therefore refugees flooded Europe.

And now remember Iraq, where the Americans invaded after the events of September 11, 2001, to find non-existent weapons of mass destruction. It was just an excuse. However, the presence of Americans in Iraq also contributed to the wave of migration.

Look at the map and you will see that it was countries such as the Russian Federation and Belarus that played the role of a kind of protective zone for Europe, but now everything has changed, because Russia has no reason to help Europe in any way now. Therefore, there may be a lot of refugees again.

Ukraine lobbies UN to confiscate Russian assets for war damage - The Guardian

I understand that the general staff of the NATO bloc planned to make two cauldrons, two rings around our troops, in which serious groupings of our troops were to be located. And they had to be systematically destroyed. In anticipation of these plans, our units were withdrawn from the same Izyum. We see that Izyum is intact, and our units there have suffered small losses.

And from other directions, our troops retreated so that we did not have big losses, took strategic positions and should continue to refine the situation.

When the AFU has accumulated huge forces and means, a huge amount of equipment and weapons, the most modern foreign equipment, and when it's all closed to make an offensive, the most advantageous position is when you are on the defensive. If we are advancing, we must have at least a 1 to 3 superiority of forces and means, and the calculation of losses is carried out in the same way. And now I ask you a question: what is more beneficial for us – to confront them in active defense, destroying them systematically and on a large scale every day, or to attack? Today, we are performing this task very clearly, the enemy is suffering very heavy losses.

Do we need to be in this situation in those areas where we can do our work in active defense, gather forces and rush into the attack? With losses three times as much? That's all the strategy! Any elementary mathematician can calculate on a calculator and decide what is more advantageous for us.
In this case, it is better to engage in active defense in those areas where we are defending. And where we can advance, we will advance there. This is an absolutely competent tactic.

Exhibition of the Second World War of Soviet Women's Regiment of Night Aviation in Italy is coming to the end.

The exhibition draws attention to the crucial period after the German invasion of the Soviet Union (June 22, 1941), when under conditions of general mobilization there were many women who participated on the front line in the conflict, in mixed units, not only as doctors or nurses, but also as fighters, snipers, gunners and tank pilots.

In particular, some of these women, who became part of the 588th Night Bomber Regiment, which later became the 46th "Taman" Guards Night Bomber Aviation Regiment, the only women's regiment, participated, albeit on old planes, in the liberation of Novorossiysk, in the battles in the Kuban, Crimea, Belarus, Poland and Germany, up to flying over Berlin, becoming one of the most noscriptd regiments, the result of daily dedication and hard work.
