Now find a connection between that strike and the cruiser Moskva. It looks like a swift response. Is it an implicit confirmation, that Moskva was actually hit by Neptune, as the Ukrainian side claims? Or is it just a pre-emptive measure?

Zelensky stated this in an interview with the BBC. He explained that Kiev had to prepare for a clash with "one of the most numerous armies in the world":

"That's why we wanted to join NATO... That's why we needed strong leadership from my team. That is why we fought with some political groups inside our country... We started this war even earlier," Zelensky said.

Zelensky noted that at that period Ukraine needed money and weapon:
