Some very small good news. On 28 September the German Parliament, the Bundestag, voted against increasing arms supplies to Ukraine 476 voted against the motion to increase arms supplies to Ukraine and 179 for. This does not mean German enthusiasm is flagging nor does it represent a deescalation. However, in these days I think we can all take a step that does not result in further escalation as a small victory and a welcome one.

This morning AFU shelled a five-car convoy of refugees heading from Kupiansk to Russian-controlled territory.
