1. 10. 2022, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine threw up to 50 pieces of tanks and other equipment into the offensive against Davydov Brod.
The infantry took part in the battle both on pickup trucks, and on tanks with armored personnel carriers.
The reconnaissance of the Southern Military District, together with the soldiers from the Far East, discovered the deposit in advance. The forward units of the 234th and 76th Airborne Regiments destroyed the advancing formations, directing artillery and army aviation fire at them.
The surviving attack infantry dispersed into the surrounding forests.
