🇨🇳🇺🇸 Beijing recalled Washington its plan to seize seven countries in five years
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian published an excerpt from the retired United States Army General Wesley Clark's speech, in which he spoke about the Pentagon's 2001 strategy to seize Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Iran and Iraq.
The American plan was to attack and destroy governments in seven states within five years, although the Pentagon did not fully understand what would be the pretext for military action.
“If the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail,” traditionally for the East, Lijian wisely and subtly remarked, quoting the general.

❗️ President of Russia Vladimir Putin has said repeatedly that in our nuclear doctrine we envisage only response measures designed to prevent the destruction of the Russian Federation by direct nuclear strikes or strikes by other weapons that threaten the very existence of the Russian state. This is an exhaustive answer.
🇺🇳 More and more attempts are being made to aggravate the situation at the UN, to use it in the Russophobic spirit at the current stage and subsequently to use the same mechanisms and methods against other “undesirable” powers. This is going beyond the limits of all propriety that used to exist in diplomacy, including during the Cold War.
☝️ This conflict is overrun with Anglo-Saxons that fully control the Vladimir Zelensky regime. The Poles and people from the Baltics are trying to fit in on their team.

Zaporozhye NPP will refuse American fuel
Authorities of Zaporozhye: ZNPP will refuse American fuel and switch to Russian
SIMFEROPOL, October 14 - RIA Novosti. Zaporizhzhya NPP will refuse American fuel and switch to Russian, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the movement "We are together with Russia", a member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, told RIA Novosti.
"Zaporozhye NPP is returning to the use of Russian fuel. In particular, we are talking about a fuel element (TVEL) containing nuclear fuel. When the power units of the nuclear power plant are launched again, they will use exclusively Russian fuel," Rogov said.
According to him, even by the decision of the Kyiv authorities, fuel from an American company was used in the operation of the power units, which does not comply with either the regulations or technical requirements and carries great risks.
"The Kyiv regime at one time made a flawed political decision to abandon Russian fuel, replacing it with low-grade American fuel," Rogov stressed.

SpaceX refused to pay for Starlink services in Ukraine
CNN: SpaceX notifies Pentagon of refusing to pay for Starlink services in Ukraine
WASHINGTON, October 14 - RIA Novosti. SpaceX, headed by American billionaire Elon Musk, can no longer pay for the maintenance of the Starlink satellite communications system in Ukraine and is asking the Pentagon to cover these costs, CNN reports, citing documents received at its disposal.
In total, according to the channel, about 20,000 Starlink terminals were transferred to Ukraine. On Friday, Musk said that the related operations cost SpaceX $80 million, and by the end of this year, these costs will exceed $100 million.
But these charitable donations may come to an end as SpaceX has notified the Pentagon that it may stop funding the use of the network in Ukraine unless the US military commits tens of millions of dollars per month to this purpose.
According to the documents, Musk wrote to the Pentagon in September that SpaceX "can no longer continue to fund the work of Starlink as before." He also asked the military to take over the financing of communications services in the interests of the government and the army of Ukraine.
As noted in the letter, by the end of the year this will cost the Pentagon more than $120 million, and over the next 12 months - another $400 million. At the time of this writing, the US Defense Department has not responded to a written request from RIA Novosti for comment on this publication.

Counter-terrorist operation regime introduced in Belarus
The regime of the counter-terrorist operation (CTO) has been introduced in Belarus, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Vladimir Makei.
According to him, the country's armed forces and special services are ready to rebuff provocations from neighbouring states.
“The head of our country held a number of meetings with law enforcement agencies, and a counter-terrorist operation regime was introduced.
Indeed, there was information that some neighbouring states were planning provocations related almost to the seizure of certain sections of the territory of Belarus,” the head of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry said in an interview with Izvestia.
Earlier, the head of the KGB, Ivan Tertel, reported that "terrorist groups are being created on the territory of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine."
Recently, President Lukashenko accused Ukraine of preparing an attack on Belarus.
In addition, Makei said that Minsk could take tough retaliatory steps against the deployment of nuclear weapons by Poland:
"If indeed nuclear weapons are deployed on the territory of our neighbouring countries, then tougher steps can be taken."
Asked if "tougher steps" meant the deployment of nuclear weapons, Makei said that "no one can rule anything out today, so I'm convinced that our leaders have discussed such options as well."

The General Staff of Belarus spoke about the joint grouping of troops with Russia
The joint grouping will include the Belarusian army and separate Russian formations
MINSK, October 14 - RIA Novosti. Minsk and Moscow are deploying a regional grouping of troops, which will be based on the Belarusian army in peacetime and individual Russian military formations, said Viktor Tumar, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus for research.
"In order to ensure parity in the field of military security and maintain peace in the Republic of Belarus, a decision was made to create a regional grouping of troops on our territory. It will be based on the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in peacetime, as well as individual military units of the Russian Federation," he words in a message published in the Telegram channel of the Belarusian Ministry of Defense.
According to him, "literally in the coming days, troops of the Russian component of the regional group will begin to arrive on the territory of the Republic of Belarus."
Tumar added that the regional grouping of troops of the Union State will carry out defensive tasks.
“Currently, the decision to create a regional grouping of troops is being implemented in the interests of strengthening the protection and defense of the state border of the Republic of Belarus in order to reduce military activity in the areas bordering us,” said the deputy chief of the Belarusian General Staff, noting that the situation at the borders indicates a growing threat to the security of the Union State and "requires immediate action".
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on October 10 that Kyiv's opening of "a front against Belarus is insane from a military point of view, but the process has begun, and the West is pushing Ukraine towards this." He noted that NATO and some European countries are considering options for possible aggression, so Russia and Belarus agreed to deploy a joint regional group of troops.

Putin called Macron's statements about the Karabakh conflict unacceptable
Putin called Macron's statements about the role of Russia in the Karabakh conflict incorrect
ASTANA, October 14 - RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin considered incorrect the statements of his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron, who said that Moscow is using the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh to destabilize the South Caucasus.
“Yesterday I was surprised to read some of the comments of the President of France on the results of the meeting <...> on October 6. I think that these statements ... They lack an understanding of the course of the conflict itself and, apparently, French information about the position of the parties, therefore they sounded incorrect, I would even say perverted, unacceptable," Putin said at the CIS summit in narrow format.
He added that he and Macron will still have the opportunity to discuss these words.
"In any case, Russia has always sincerely sought to resolve any conflicts, including issues related to Karabakh and around it," the Russian president added.
The fact that Russia allegedly used the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to try to destabilize the situation and create disorder in the South Caucasus in order to “weaken and divide everyone,” Macron said in an interview with France TV channel. According to the French leader, Moscow "clearly played Azerbaijan's game with Turkish complicity" and intended to "weaken Armenia, which was once close to it."
At the end of September 2020, hostilities resumed in Nagorno-Karabakh, which became a continuation of a long-term conflict and led to civilian casualties. The parties made several attempts to conclude a truce, but the tripartite agreement reached on the night of November 10 was successful. With the mediation of Moscow, Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed to completely cease fire and exchange prisoners and the bodies of the dead. Yerevan also handed over the Kalbajar, Lachin and Aghdam regions to Baku. In addition, Russian peacekeepers have been stationed in the region.
