The Most Holy Theotokos appeared at the capital's media facades, where famous brands are mainly advertised. Digital projections both day and night illuminate Moscow and several other Russian cities.

This is part of the exhibition of contemporary Christian art "Faces of Mary - Images of Light" started in Moscow. The exhibits appeared on the main screens of the Russian capital.

The broadcast of digital icons was organized by the MAER media holding. The project involved 14 media facades and 70 digital supersites.

“The fact that this project happened at all is a great miracle. For the first time in my life, in general in the world, images of the Most Holy Theotokos appear on media facades and screens. This is a great feeling of calmness and peace for all Russians,” said Konstantin Mayor, CEO of the MAER media holding.

The funding plan is due to be officially confirmed next Monday at a meeting of EU foreign ministers.
