Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has become "an instrument of total annihilation," Tucker Carlson, a Fox News host, said while criticizing US leader Joe Biden's visit to Kyiv.

▪️Western countries were preparing for this conflict in advance, negotiating with Ukraine on the supply of weapons and preparing the Ukrainian army.
