New York: a satanic exhibition with the shoes of the dead Russian soldiers
Army boots were displayed in the form of a five-pointed star — the emblem of the Russian Army and the Soviet Army, still hated in the West.

Collecting shoes and boots from the dead on industrial basis. There is something deeply repulsive in it.
Do German Nazis and Ukrainian artists have something in common? (That would explain a "coincidence" in their attitude)

One thing our rulers learned from war in Iraq? Make a better job of deceiving us, writes PETER HITCHENS
Summary:
Peter Hitchens reflects on the 20th anniversary of the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq and criticizes those who supported the war, particularly former Prime Minister Tony Blair and his propaganda chief Alastair Campbell. The author had opposed the war from the beginning and had even written an article on the matter, stating that it was not a war for national survival and that patriotic British people who believed in fair play should be against it.
The journalist expressed disappointment towards Blair and Campbell, who misled the public into supporting the war, and stated that both of them should be living out their days in the penitential silence of a Trappist monastery deep in some remote mountain range. However, the author was astonished that both of them still feel able to appear in public, offering advice to the nation they misled into supporting the war. The author also criticized the BBC for taking them both seriously.
The author was grieved that so many of the fantasies which these men peddled were believed by people who should have had more sense. Peter Hitchens also expressed concern that the British and American governing classes learned only one thing from the episode, which was to make a better job of deceiving the public next time.
The author also expressed near-despair that the warmongers of the West have fooled us into the large-scale long-term conflict they have been seeking for so long, ever since the Iraq invasion blew up in their faces. The journalist argued that the actions of the West created the Ukraine crisis when it could so easily have been avoided. However, any attempt to explain this would only lead to abuse.
The author also warned that just as there were in 2003, there really are now people, high in American politics, who think that the USA is itself so good that it is ennoscriptd to make war on countries it disapproves of, directly or indirectly. The author argued that there are people in Britain who are prepared to do their bidding. The author also warned of the Military-Industrial Complex, against which President Eisenhower (no peacenik Marxist) warned so fiercely in his farewell speech in January 1961.
Overall, the author's article reflects on the negative consequences of the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq and expresses disappointment towards those who supported it, as well as concern about the current state of international affairs and the potential for future conflicts. The author emphasizes the importance of an informed and vigilant citizenry to ensure that security and liberty may prosper together.

The country was misled on a vital matter — and it wasn't Boris Johnson's parties, writes PETER HITCHENS
Summary:
The UK's stance on the events in Ukraine seems to be based on blindly following American decisions, rather than any real consideration of national interests. This could lead us into a prolonged war. The King's recent statement during his visit to Germany, calling the Russian invasion of Ukraine "unprovoked," is highly questionable, as even anti-Russian Washington hawk Robert Kagan has acknowledged that it was provoked. While this doesn't excuse the invasion, acknowledging this fact may make our policy less militant and risky.
Unfortunately, most of our media and political class are unaware of the fact that the crisis in Ukraine began with the lawless overthrow of Viktor Yanukovych, the country's legitimately elected president, in 2014. This coup was likely backed by the West, and involved ultra-right thugs infiltrating peaceful protests in Kiev. Western media initially celebrated the "European values" of the movement, despite the involvement of xenophobic, homophobic, nationalist groups from the beginning of the protests. They used far-right slogans, fought with police, occupied administrative buildings, and dismantled monuments. Incidents of torture, lynching, and public humiliation were ignored by the international media.
The coup was ultimately carried out by armed thugs, many of them heavily armed far-right and neo-Nazi activists from western Ukraine, who stormed Maidan square, killing and capturing police officers and forcing Yanukovych out of the country. While some may see this as a positive outcome that resulted in a pro-EU, pro-American government in Ukraine, others, including myself, see it as a violent overthrow of democracy.
The last act of the coup involved EU foreign ministers brokering a deal for early elections and major reforms between Yanukovych and the protest leaders, which the mob rejected in favour of violent overthrow. Ukraine's parliament then endorsed the coup on February 22, 2014, and Western countries, committed to democracy and the rule of law, should have been shocked and disapproving. However, several Western political figures openly supported the protesters, including William Hague, who stated in the Commons that it was wrong to question the legitimacy of the new authorities. This statement appears to be seriously inaccurate, as the formal procedure required impeachment and a vote by no fewer than three-quarters of the constitutional total of the parliament, which didn't happen in this case.
If this is true, then the whole publicly accepted idea of what is going on in Ukraine is simply wrong, and Lord Hague's words in the Commons have contributed to this. The UK needs to consider its own national interests and not blindly follow American decisions.

The story of a girl who witnessed an explosion in a St. Petersburg café, where Vladlen Tatarsky's creative evening was held:
“There were under 100 people. One sat at the table, a certain Nastya, she says, I'm an artist, I wanted to make the heroics of the military operation, but it's not easy. That's why I made your bust so far only.
It's in the cloak-room. She goes there, takes a big box, gives it to him, there is something gilded. He jokes — I hope you didn't make me fat. Says thanks, puts next. She sits down in her place, passes for about three minutes. Explosion, pop, flames, everybody run. “Nastya” didn’t seem to have left beforehand.”
24 people were injured. The explosion of the statuette is one of the versions of the investigation.
24 people were injured, 18 were hospitalized. At least 4 are in serious condition. The information is being specified.
"The explosion occurred at a height of 60 cm from the floor," — a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A shellless explosive device with a capacity of 300 to 450 grams of TNT went off. The explosion occurred on the right side of the place where Vladlen Tatarsky was sitting.
The woman with the figurine might not have known that an explosive device was planted inside, the investigators are working out the version that the woman could have been used unknowingly. Investigators suspect that it was activated using a radio signal (the signal from the phone could have gone longer when the bomb was no longer nearby).
And the one who activated the signal was not necessarily in the café itself at the time of the explosion, but he knew exactly where the explosive device was located relative to Vladlen Tatarsky.

▪️According to the guest with whom RT spoke, Tatarsky recognized the girl who gave him a figurine, which, presumably, contained explosives;
▪️ an explosion in a cafe is tentatively considered as a terrorist attack, law enforcement agencies told RT;
▪️presumably the name of the woman, who gave the figurine stuffed with TNT to the war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky, is Maria Yarun (possibly, she is on the photo). According to preliminary data, the 40-year-old woman is a native of the city of Ivano-Frankovsk.

“Maxim,” a ridiculous-looking guy who came to the editorial office of Komsomolskaya Pravda several years ago with his film crew introduced himself modestly.
Everyone knew Maxim Fomin under the pseudonym Vladlen Tatarsky. He called, asked for a meeting, I want, they say, to talk about military journalism. And from the first question, I knew what he really wanted. Corrosive, well-read, informed — he did not serve the number, he literally dissected me with his questions, sometimes forcing me to think for several minutes over the answer.
I remember that we then agreed together that the conflict in the Donbass cannot be resolved peacefully, neither side will achieve the desired goals through diplomacy, and the abscess of the Minsk agreements will explode sooner or later. And it did.
And Vladlen, in the past — a militiaman of the 2nd army corps, was at the very centre of both hostilities and the information war. With his attention to small details, he would have made an excellent reporter, but it was clear that this was not just an extra, fixing what was happening around him. He carefully comprehended and analysed any event in order to isolate the main thing — what could be useful for victory.
He was not a publicist in the usual sense of the word. He formulated meanings and ideas that appeal to millions of our fellow citizens. In Like Daria Dugina. Max did it as accessible as possible, although he himself was a very erudite person and in a conversation he could easily pour out the words of military theorists of the past or quotes from the New Testament.
He fought both in word and in deed, from the first days of the NMD, being in the advanced combat formations as a volunteer. He was one of the first passionaries' enthusiasts who began to introduce quadcopters as a means of reconnaissance and correction. Not everyone then perceived this idea as sound, but they gave up under his pressure. And later they invited him to military units all over the country, where at meetings Max not only told how to use UAVs correctly and efficiently, but also explained to young soldiers why this special military operation began and why we are fighting in the Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson region. He explained deeply, but in a simple and understandable language, so that everyone could understand: this is not someone else's war, this is our struggle for survival.
Yes, he was often very sharp in his assessments, neglecting semitones. But he was not one of those noisy critics who simply throw mud at opponents. He criticized, offering an alternative — efficient and effective, like dropping a grenade from a drone.

So, this is the second act of terrorism carried out by the enemy special services in the very heart of Russia. The first was the daughter of Alexander Dugin, who died in the Moscow region, the second victim was Vladlen Tatarsky, who was killed in St. Petersburg.
Both of these attacks have one thing in common — the enemy chooses as his target well-known media personalities, who are not provided with sufficient protection, or neglect it. It also seems to be common to use a woman as a performer. At the same time, similar response measures are not carried out at all on enemy territory.
Both of these terrorist attacks in the centre of the country are one big reminder to everyone that there is not some kind of special operation far from them, but a real war, and it can affect absolutely everyone, regardless of whether a person lives in a border village or the centre of the capital.

In Spain (Catalonia) in the city of Olot, another rally was held dedicated to the day NATO was founded.
Activists of all nationalities gathered to strongly protest the policy of this terrorist organization.
As always, there were some inadequate Ukrainians: this time they were very aggressive, threatening the life and health of the audience.
Moreover, we talked about NATO, that it is THEY that provoke conflicts, but the Ukrainians interpret this in their own way.
