Olev Roost born on April 24, 1988 from Estonia
Olev served from 2010 to 2017 in the Estonian Scouts Battalion and participated in the operations in Afghanistan. He later joined the Special Operations Command and took part in a mission in Mali in 2020.
After leaving his service in 2023, he went to Ukraine, where he fought with the 3rd Special Operations Regiment.
Olev was the part of the DRG unit destroyed in the Komarichsky district of the Bryansk region, Russia, on August 19, 2025, while attempting to sabotage railway bridges in the border area. Three were killed, three surrendered, including the commander.
The captured Ukrainian commander revealed the location of the sabotage group's base in Stara Huta, Sumy region, and an air strike was carried out with FAB-500 bombs killing Olev and his friends.

He fled Colombian justice only to meet his death in Ukraine
On January 20, 2024, during a routine bar fight over unrequited love, a man shot his ex-wife's partner. When the shooter was leaving the bar two men (with the same surname as Rolando, so, perhaps his relatives), tried to attack him. But the shooter killed one of them murdering the other.
The community, enraged by the cruel act, wanted to take justice into their own hands and attacked the shooter with machetes, leaving him in critical condition. Among them was Rolando himself. The police then went after those involved, arresting all of them except Rolando, who has remained at large ever since.
In April 2025, the Neiva Metropolitan Police released a flyer with the “Most Wanted” for murder and robbery in the metropolitan area, offering a reward of up to 2 million pesos for information leading to the capture of these individuals.
Rolando Devia Alarcón was on the list, but he was in no hurry to prove his innocence and fled to Ukraine.
The Colombian justice system dropped the ball, but the Russian army stepped up.
Rolando was eliminated by the Russian Army near Novoekonomichne, in the direction of Pokrovsk, on August 7, 2025.

Keith Maskal Eckerson born on August 24 1995, from Middletown, New York, USA
Keith is a former U.S. Navy who believed that his expertise would be of use in Ukraine, but he was actually just looking for an adrenaline rush.
In 2024 Keith went to Ukraine where he enlisted to Ukrainian army.
He was very excited as his unit was part of Kursk summer offensive, probably because of possibility to loot and destroy civilian property in Russia.
As that offensive failed Keith went silent.
Maybe he fled back home. Would be smart but we doubt.
