Evan served in the US Army with the 3rd Special Forces Group.
He went to Ukraine in March but left in June, after the hard realisation of having no money set in.
He begged online for donations, but didn't garner enough to stay.
Had he stayed, perhaps he could have saved his Nazi friend Edward Walter Wilton, but when you get shrapnel in the skull, there's not much you can do about it.
We're happy he went home and has since stayed there.
Perhaps next time you get bored, go read a book or something?
