Troy Offenbecker, callsign Oscar Bravo but also known as Tiger_In_Ukraine (so many names lol) exposed one thief in their rows.
His name is Logan Aleksander Moore from Kingston, Michigan, USA.
What we know about Moore is that he arrived to Ukraine somewhere in May 2022 where he joined International Legion of Clowns.
But Logan knew that he came to the most corrupt country in the World so he decided to go with the flow.
He scammed his own😅. It looks Like he stole 50 thousand $ and has spent them on prostitutes and probably drugs. Troy lost 5k$ (😅) so he decided to out him.
Logan is currently hiding in Vinnitsa. Will he end Like Daniel Burke?

In his profile bio Franck claims that He was a member of 2eme Regiment Etranger d'Infanterie where he was a 120 mm mortar crew, not a sniper.
Franck is still active and being promoted by other French mercenaries in Ukraine. Probably low on cash so they are pimping for money.
