‼️ During today's Telegram downtime and because of a wrong error handling on our side, about 1000 of the 1600 notifications that were generated today by @TrackBot from 13:17 UTC to 13:56 UTC were lost

👉 It's always possible to check the updated shipments status by using the ☰ List command in the bot. We're sorry for the inconvenience, we've made sure to fix the issue and it shouldn't happen again 🙏

‼️ We recently removed support for the couriers DHL Germany and DHL eCommerce from @TrackBot, because unfortunately it's not possible for us to integrate them anymore

👉 Currently tracked shipments with these two couriers are not updated, while DHL tracking is regular. If we'll find a solution, we'll let you know

✅ We've also resolved an issue with Pos Malaysia tracking, which stopped working a few days ago

‼️ Starting today, the tracking of Amazon Logistics shipments is not available anymore on @TrackBot

👉 Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't allow reading tracking information without the login anymore, therefore TrackBot cannot access the tracking

⚠️ @TrackBot will be in maintenance for about 2 hours today starting from 21:00 CET (19:00 UTC). It won't be possible to add new shipments and no notifications will be sent by the bot
