We’re back! We’re setting a goal to get one video/stream a month. We think this is a reasonable expectation for 2 busy moms ;).
Lady Lassarus and Brave Vasalisa chat about the importance of holistic child- rearing, our responsibilities as awakened people/parents regarding protecting our children from subversive material, and more. We discuss the importance of the whole family, incorporating our younger children into every day life as a foundation of tribe building , the importance of homeschooling, and more.

Duck eggs 🍳 are higher in protein and omega 3 fatty acids, both of which are good for you.
One duck egg has about 9 grams of protein while one chicken egg has about 6 grams of protein.
Keep in mind that ducks allowed to free range will have more nutritious eggs than ducks that are kept in cages and fed a pre-mixed diet, just like chickens that are free-ranged.
Also, while duck eggs have more protein and omega-3 fatty acids than chicken eggs, they also contain more fat. If you’re using them to bake with, the extra fat can help to produce top-shelf baked goods.
Duck eggs contain 10 grams of fat while chicken eggs contain about 5 grams of fat.
Duck eggs aren’t just better sources of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, they’re also more nutrient dense:
Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamins A,E,B6 & B12 are alll higher than chicken eggs.

These are the books that are on display at public libraries all over the country, in towns large and small.
The Children's Librarian chose to display these books in the children's section.

Keep up the good work, Texas! Ban all of the degenerate books of our enemies!!
These efforts were in less than 10% of libraries in one large metro area...can you imagine if just 1 parent from every school district across the country got these vile books banned?
There is a nationwide, coordinated effort to turn your kids gay and hate themselves. Will you stand up against it?
RECLAIM AMERICA!!!

Be aware of fake food and supplements!! 😯 Take care of your body and what you put into it!
Baking two families who are sick a hearty, homemade meal. Finding community that takes care of you and your family and that you take care of is essential! Having reliable people who help each other when they need it is so important.
Putting this in the oven now. Will post the finished pic when it's done baking and the recipe as well!
