Keep up the good work, Texas! Ban all of the degenerate books of our enemies!!

These efforts were in less than 10% of libraries in one large metro area...can you imagine if just 1 parent from every school district across the country got these vile books banned?

There is a nationwide, coordinated effort to turn your kids gay and hate themselves. Will you stand up against it?

RECLAIM AMERICA!!!

Be aware of fake food and supplements!! 😯 Take care of your body and what you put into it!

Baking two families who are sick a hearty, homemade meal. Finding community that takes care of you and your family and that you take care of is essential! Having reliable people who help each other when they need it is so important.

Putting this in the oven now. Will post the finished pic when it's done baking and the recipe as well!
One of my favorite casseroles and super easy to make! It's always a hit 😋 Great dish to teach your teenage daughters to make. I substitute bread for sweet potatoes. Also good with diced onions and mushrooms.

Three soups brewing in The Kitchen That Never Sleeps today:

Butternut Squash/Sun-dried Tomato

Black Bean

Chicken/Coconut/Shitake/Ginger

All 3 have a base of rich, homemade chicken stock. The recipes are adapted from the book, 'Nourishing Traditions'.

-Very much enjoying the use of some stored/preserved garden veggies from last summer.

Every little bit of resiliency you incorporate into your life is empowering. Growing your own food is one way to move towards becoming anti-fragile.

Duck eggs 🍳 are higher in protein and omega 3 fatty acids, both of which are good for you.

One duck egg has about 9 grams of protein while one chicken egg has about 6 grams of protein.

Keep in mind that ducks allowed to free range will have more nutritious eggs than ducks that are kept in cages and fed a pre-mixed diet, just like chickens that are free-ranged.

Also, while duck eggs have more protein and omega-3 fatty acids than chicken eggs, they also contain more fat. If you’re using them to bake with, the extra fat can help to produce top-shelf baked goods.

Duck eggs contain 10 grams of fat while chicken eggs contain about 5 grams of fat.

Duck eggs aren’t just better sources of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, they’re also more nutrient dense:

Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamins A,E,B6 & B12 are alll higher than chicken eggs.

Make this popular again. ^

I recently realized that it's become common for families to encourage girls to break up with their boyfriends after highschool and before college. They are encouraged to "go explore and adventure" and "test the strength of their bond" and then reconvene years later to decide if marriage is right.

Who popularized this sick tradition?

First off, most girls should not go to college. College should not be something that everyone does. Not only is it usually a complete waste of money, but it is one of the most powerful sources of indoctrination for women. Many young women there will make huge mistakes under social pressure, mistakes that can affect their lives forevermore.

Secondly, after 4 years of separation and "exploring", it is highly likely that the trust and bond will be damaged beyond repair.

I understand that not *every* young love is meant for marriage, nor do *all* young people have steady relationships worth pursuing into adulthood. However, I wonder how many people would be more happy and prosperous if they had married their young love and not gone to college (especially girls here).

How many bitter, vile feminists would be prevented? What volume of anti-depressants and birth control would be left out of the water ways?

I would like to see our healthy traditions come back- encouraging young people to preserve themselves and prioritize marriage and family at a young age.

Young women who are concerned about a career for the ability to contribute financially to the family *can* find many ways to do so, without strapping her future husband with a lifetime of debt for a degree she'll likely never fully utilize.

This video clip made my day. Cheers to this gal for setting a good example.

Another win! Keep fighting the good fight against those who hate you and want your children to hate themselves and become degenerate homosexuals!
"To whom little is not enough, nothing is enough".

Let that sink in.

One of the keys to inner happiness is contentment. Learn to be content with what you have!
MEEKNESS IS NOT WEAKNESS.
You're not from the South if you don't eat sweet potato casserole! 😄

Sweet potatoes, coconut milk, free range eggs, grass fed butter, cinnamon, vanilla, pecans, nut flour. You can make it without the marshmallow on top for a healthier option! 😋 Delish!
This is a decent recipe. Using half the amount of sugar, or no sugar, is still great! I'm sure you could substitute for maple syrup or a different sweetener as well.
In the coming weeks we will be planning our Spring garden and getting all of the necessary supplies to start building it. Super excited...It's going to be a pretty big one! I will share our self suffiency journey as it unfolds.

I encourage all of you to put your tax return/child care tax credit money to good use for your family this year. Each year the system gets closer to total annihilation and every year you should be working at becoming more self sufficient.

The time is near. Plan and prepare!!
Helped my son make a Valentines box for his valentines from his friends. It was fun and so sweet to make with him! Painted a $1 box from Dollar General and hot glued spare ribbon I had on hand. He colored the adorable hearts holding hands etc. 😍💗
