To Achilles

Not me. The dog whose identity I stole to start this channel. He has been my loyal friend for 17 years.

Tomorrow his journey ends and he is being put to rest.

I know he is a dog and this might seem odd to speak for him but I want to share a story about how he loves you guys. I mean this channel and crypto in particular.

When I first quit my business to join crypto I was accustomed to working 40-60 hours a week and as a result never being there for my dog or family for that matter. I would take him out in the morning and night and we would sleep together but that was about it. I hated working those hours and to me, starting this channel and making money independently was the first time I had any real freedom of movement in my adult life.

A few weeks after the We started the Haven Achilles got sick and I mean really sick. The kind of sickness 13 year old dogs (his age at the time) dont usually come back from. I thought he was gone and I was seeing him out the best way I knew how to. Him and I would sit in my tiny office and I would give him his meds and treats as I ran the early stages of what turned out to be this amazing community. After a while he started to get better and better until he was back to his old self. Without you guys, the money I made back then on this channel and the nature of our work Achilles would have never lived another 4 amazing Years and made it to the birth of his baby brother (my son) you see above.

This is what Defi did for us and for that we are eternally grateful.


So please. Put a heart on this post and keep Achilles in mind as me and my family send him off to his next great adventure because he did amazing by my side on this one. I hope you all get to share a love like this in your lives and again. Thank you for changing ours.
