The Oera Linda Chronicle
Herman Wirth
The Oera Linda Chronicle is a controversial historical manunoscript that traces the history of the Frisian people from the deep past to the Middle Ages. Presented as a translation from ancient Frisian, the Chronicle describes various elements of ancient European culture, religion, and historical events, blending mythology with historical accounts. Of particular interest is the sinking of "Atland" into the North Sea.
Due to its controversial nature, the publication of this document by Ahnenerbe society co-founder Herman Wirth provoked a hostile reaction from the academic establishment that led to his removal from the Ahnenerbe. Wirth's critical examination of the document in the afterword to this book remains an invaluable source of evidence regarding the authenticity of its origins.

The Eternal Return
Julius Evola
The conception of history as a cycle is inherent to the Traditionalist worldview, and nowhere is it expressed with such force and clarity as in the writings of Julius Evola. In the selection of rare material compiled here, the Baron's thought regarding antiquity and modernity is revealed through his examination of such varied subjects as the revolutions of the Twentieth Century and the survival of paganism into the Christian era. With these and other illustrative examples, Evola demonstrates the central place of Tradition in the cycle of history.

Baldur and Bible
Friedrich Döllinger
For two millennia, the Jews have been described as the Chosen People of God, from which Christianity and its exalted founder emerged. However, recent discoveries have shed light on the origins of Judaism and the Bible which prove these denoscriptions to be a historical falsehood. In Baldur and Bible, Friedrich Döllinger presents a thorough historical and archaeological examination of the evidence to uncover the true identity of Jesus and the ultimate nature of Christianity.

Heraclitus
Oswald Spengler
Spengler's essay, which appeared in 1904 as a dissertation for his doctorate in philosophy at the University of Halle, had a remarkable impact at the beginning of our century due to the originality of its interpretation. It outlined some of the essential features of Spengler's own thought, who had found in the Heraclitean doctrine, or rather in his own interpretation of it, a path of orientation and formation for his personal philosophical construction.
In the author's words: "Heraclitus's world of thought, viewed as a whole, appears as a grandly conceived poem, a tragedy of the cosmos, equal to the tragedies of Aeschylus in their powerful sublimity... The idea of an eternal and never-ending struggle that forms the content of life in the cosmos, in which an imperious law reigns and a harmonious regularity is maintained, is a high creation of Greek art, to which this thinker was far closer than to natural science proper."

King Vannius
Guido von List
The tragedy of King Vannius by Guido von List is a story of love, betrayal, and heroism in times of war. Set in the first century A.D. when the Germanic tribes fought against the incursions of Rome, it describes how the Quadi king Vannius regained the freedom of his people through cunning and strength of will, only to see his work undone by the treachery of rivals. Themes of justice, virtue, and ethnic solidarity are contrasted with the emerging decline of traditional values in Western civilization to make this perhaps the greatest surviving work of Völkisch literature.

The Archaeometer (Gnosis Edition)
Saint-Yves d'Alveydre
Following Saint-Yves d'Alveydre's death, two publications ennoscriptd L'Archéomètre appeared. The first was the study begun in July-August 1910 in the Revue La Gnose, which is the subject of this book. The other is the compilation by Papus's group, "Les Amis de Saint-Yves". The latter has acquired a status of reference, not because of the quality of its content, but because it was the only one to be republished since then.
The Archeometer of La Gnose appeared from July-August 1910 (1st year, no 9) to February 1912 (3rd year, no 2). This study remained unfinished when the Revue ceased publication, probably due to a lack of subnoscriptions. Until now, it had never been republished in English. For the first time, we are also reproducing notes written by René Guénon for the published study: the preparation of the article in the March 1912 issue of La Gnose, and two other texts.

The Berserker
Vincent Samson
The berserkers are among the most fascinating figures in medieval Scandinavian literature. These elite warriors, “like bears or wolves,” reveal their “second nature” in terrifying fits of savagery. Highly prized by the rulers of the ancient North, the berserkers were considered companions of Odin, a furious deity who mastered the art of metamorphosis. Going beyond an analysis of legendary stereotypes, this book seeks to demonstrate the historicity of a tradition associated with the sacred aspects of the royal function. The author subjects all medieval sources (poems, sagas, chronicles, and archaeological documents) to rigorous critical examination, as well as interpretations proposed over the past two centuries by Scandinavian, German, and Anglo-Saxon specialists. The approach taken is resolutely interdisciplinary, combining philology and the study of iconographic evidence, comparative mythology, and the history of societies and institutions.
