The Archaeometer (Gnosis Edition)
Saint-Yves d'Alveydre

Following Saint-Yves d'Alveydre's death, two publications ennoscriptd L'Archéomètre appeared. The first was the study begun in July-August 1910 in the Revue La Gnose, which is the subject of this book. The other is the compilation by Papus's group, "Les Amis de Saint-Yves". The latter has acquired a status of reference, not because of the quality of its content, but because it was the only one to be republished since then.

The Archeometer of La Gnose appeared from July-August 1910 (1st year, no 9) to February 1912 (3rd year, no 2). This study remained unfinished when the Revue ceased publication, probably due to a lack of subnoscriptions. Until now, it had never been republished in English. For the first time, we are also reproducing notes written by René Guénon for the published study: the preparation of the article in the March 1912 issue of La Gnose, and two other texts.

The Berserker

The Ur Group
Arturo Reghini

Arturo Reghini (1878-1946) was an Italian mathematician, philosopher and esotericist. Particularly active in Masonic circles (he was also at the top of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite), he devoted himself especially to the study of Pythagoras and Pythagoreanism. He wrote in several journals, from the Papinian "Leonardo" to those he founded, such as "Atanor," "Ignis" and "Ur." Despite repression by the Regime, he received prestigious awards from the Accademia dei Lincei and the Accademia d'Italia in the 1930s, especially for his studies on Pythagoras. This is the first volume of a three-part series.

Rudolf John Gorsleben was a central figure of the Völkisch movement in Germany during the interwar period. Best known for his authoritative study on Armanist esotericism The Zenith of Humanity, Gorsleben had previously written ideological works for the Thule Society, of which this book is perhaps the most important example. In Overcoming Judaism, the author provides an overview of the Jewish question from an exoteric perspective as well as an esoteric one, citing historical and contemporary sources to explain the threat posed by Jewish subversion.

Unpublished Writings
Schwaller de Lubicz

The important documents published here, all unpublished in English, constitute part of René Schwaller de Lubicz's confidential teaching of a hermetic-alchemical nature to his closest disciples. They are mostly lectures, but also letters and notes of various kinds. An anthology of them is presented here, mainly excluding those that were later taken up and developed in the edited books.

In the texts, there are quite a few valuable keys to understanding Hermeticism in general and his masterpiece, The Temple of Man, in particular. Topics such as the general principles of traditional doctrine, the unique origin of everything, the Seed, form, miracles, and the value of Pi, to name but a few, are addressed. Included are the Tarot cards created by Schwaller de Lubicz with instructions in his own hand.

The Myth of the Black Sun
