So a black officer, over promoted to Inspector because of his race, becomes enraged and attacks two *women* (likely White or a different race) over racial grievance politics. The CPS didn't want to prosecute him, brushed it under the carpet, he moves to another force which quietly lets him go. No hate crime charges either. Two tier justice in Britain now.
