This scammer on Telegram [UID 1878505335] is spreading a dangerous Magisk module to hack/destroy phones and demand money. (stoplamers gang)

What Happened:
• [UID 7576386418] Victim Ganesh's phone was hacked via Scammer's module.
• Scammer demanded $100, threatening to destroy the phone if they didn't pay.
• This guy alerted me to this scam.
• I went undercover to investigate how it works

Here's how it went down:
There were only two things needed: "Zygisk" and the "virus module" (click to read more)
I was really surprised to find out it didn't even require a restart. Once you flashed it, it was basically done.
So I contacted the person and, pretending to be someone else, said I wanted to access my girlfriend's phone. I acted like a nibba & He seemed to believe my story and sent me the module.
To see how it works, I needed to install it. Instead of using the real module, I made two fake modules. I just copied module.prop file from his module, repacked it with my update binary, and flashed it using "kernel su".
The person was then trying to do things to my phone, but nothing was happening.😭 🤣 I was just watching it and was really laughing hard because it wasn't working. Then he sent commands to run in the terminal, related to the service.sh file inside his module. Since I hadn’t installed the original module, the commands didn't do anything. He then seemed confused and started asking for my Android and kernel versions😂. Finally, he sent something I wouldn’t run as it was an obvious privacy concern. So, I've decided to just hold on to things for now since I have enough evidence
What Happens If You Flash This Module?:
• Scammer gets full access to your phone (data, messages, photos, chats etc.)
• Scammer can steal your data and money.
• Scammer can lock or destroy your phone. (he remotely destroyed victim's device making it unbootable)
• You will be blackmailed.
- Moral from this incident
• Do not flash modules from unknown sources
• Only use trusted modules.
• Be suspicious of free or "too good to be true" modules.
• Research modules before installing.

Masih ada beberapa device yang butuh auth berbayar dengan biaya kredit, meskipun ada juga yang bisa di-flash ulang tanpa kredit. Contohnya Infinix Hot 40 Pro yang butuh auth berbayar, tapi ada device lain yang bisa di-flash ulang tanpa biaya tambahan.
Kalau device kalian kena bootloop, coba dulu masuk ke recovery mode. Kalau masih bisa masuk, kemungkinan besar bisa diperbaiki tanpa tool berbayar. Tapi kalau nggak bisa masuk recovery, kalian perlu pakai tools yang support auth Transsion, seperti:

For those of you who want to tinker with Transsion devices, please be careful!!
There are still some devices that require paid auth with credit, although some can be re-flashed without credit. For example, the Infinix Hot 40 Pro requires paid auth, but there are other devices that can be re-flashed without any additional costs.
If your device gets stuck in a bootloop, try entering recovery mode first. If you can still access it, there's a good chance it can be fixed without using paid tools. However, if you can't enter recovery, you'll need to use tools that support Transsion auth, such as:
» AMT (Android Multi Tools)
» TFM Tool
» DFT Pro Tool
» Hydra Tool
» And other tools.
It’s all about luck if you can’t get into recovery you’ll definitely need tools. And there are some people who will help you without charging a penny. Much respect to those who help without asking for anything in return. 🙏🫡
So, before tinkering, make sure you understand the risks. The tools mentioned above use paid credit, so if you end up with a severe bootloop, be prepared to spend money for unlocking or re-flashing.
Tinkering is fine, as long as you understand the risks.

Buat kalian yang mau oprek device Transsion, harap hati-hati ya!!
Masih ada beberapa device yang butuh auth berbayar dengan biaya kredit, meskipun ada juga yang bisa di-flash ulang tanpa kredit. Contohnya Infinix Hot 40 Pro yang butuh auth berbayar, tapi ada device lain yang bisa di-flash ulang tanpa biaya tambahan.
Kalau device kalian kena bootloop, coba dulu masuk ke recovery mode. Kalau masih bisa masuk, kemungkinan besar bisa diperbaiki tanpa tool berbayar. Tapi kalau nggak bisa masuk recovery, kalian perlu pakai tools yang support auth Transsion, seperti:
» AMT (Android Multi Tools)
» TFM Tool
» DFT Pro Tool
» Hydra Tool
» Dan tools lainnya.
Hoki-hokian kalau udah gak bisa masuk recovery, wajib pakai tools. Dan ada juga yang bantu tanpa biaya sepeser pun. Respect banget buat orang-orang yang masih mau nolongin tanpa pamrih. 🙏🫡
Jadi, sebelum oprek, pastikan kalian paham risikonya. Soalnya tools di atas pakai kredit berbayar, jadi kalau sampai kena bootloop parah, siap-siap keluar biaya buat unlock atau flash ulang.

For those of you who want to tinker with Transsion devices, please be careful!!
There are still some devices that require paid auth with credit, although some can be re-flashed without credit. For example, the Infinix Hot 40 Pro requires paid auth, but there are other devices that can be re-flashed without any additional costs.
If your device gets stuck in a bootloop, try entering recovery mode first. If you can still access it, there's a good chance it can be fixed without using paid tools. However, if you can't enter recovery, you'll need to use tools that support Transsion auth, such as:
» AMT (Android Multi Tools)
» TFM Tool
» DFT Pro Tool
» Hydra Tool
» And other tools.
It’s all about luck if you can’t get into recovery you’ll definitely need tools. And there are some people who will help you without charging a penny. Much respect to those who help without asking for anything in return. 🙏🫡
So, before tinkering, make sure you understand the risks. The tools mentioned above use paid credit, so if you end up with a severe bootloop, be prepared to spend money for unlocking or re-flashing.
