I have an astigmatism too and those sorts of turbo bright headlights should immediately get you the death penalty (hyperbole, they should be penalized or illegal to use on public roads though)

I should get a dirt cheap car, a dash cam, ram into them and just present (if they take it to court) that "Brights were on and I couldnt see shit"
