Man creates the currency, not as just a oh I I'll do something or as a Robinson Crusoe he does it as a sovereign act as we did in article one section 8 of the Constitution for a purpose and the purpose is that we love humanity and it will facilitate that

you have 16 states which have now passed legislation saying that they will allow 10% of their excess budget which is called the rainy day fund to be invested in crypto and it will then be increased to 25% Kentucky's one, Arizona, Alabama, Pennsylvania a lot of States um that's one third of all the states and the nation and they'll get it up to 25% of that fund then 50% of the fund

and there was a proposal uh which we've covered in EIR (Executive Intelligence Review) that you will use crypto to prop up the failing $ 36.5 trillion treasury market the US Treasury Market that crypto will be used to bailing out real institutions um bailing out real institution, which if you do, will give it a foothold in the economy which means anybody could create a currency ...

and that's the the aim it's a private currency the people who hate Sovereign governments who hate Sovereign Credit Systems want to detach us from that and say well and of course they give you it's secure and the government can't intervene and it cuts the middle man cost out of the picture it's all a sales talk
