Part of the logical fallacy that I've noticed weaves through all of these tropes (also advanced by Michael Yon and Bret Weinstein), is the following: "Triads are Chinese people, China=homogenous Borg machine, Triads thus are run by CPC."

That's simply not true. These organized crime syndicates that have been used to maintain drug flows are closer to KMT/Taiwan/British empire controlled Hong Kong (which was the base of the Triads) and Portugal controlled Macau.

There have been three major waves of uber rich criminal Chinese influxes into Canada from China because of the fear of going to jail for being criminal traitors within China.

1) first wave: 1989-1990 post Tiananmen Soros/NED coup attempt and fear of retribution
2) second wave: 1996-1997 prior to return of Hong Kong to China from Brits and fear of retribution by CPC for being billionaire criminal agents of empire
3) third wave: post 2012: due to Crackdown by Xi Jinping involving 4.7 million party members punished for corruption and being agents of foreign influence
the core foreign agency of influence within China remains Shanghai which is known as 'The Shanghai clique' and not under control yet but at war with the Chinese patriots.
Due to British Canada serving as a sanctuary for criminal insurrectionary elements from all over the world (Ukraine nazis, Khalistani terrorists, Russian oligarchs (with UK), Albanian mafia (hugely influential in Quebec) etc we have over 100 thousand filthy rich Chinese traitors here working in service of the City of London which has run global narcotics and terrorist financing for over a century.

The Green Goblin of Kiev has decided to bite the hand that feeds him. The Ukrainian dictator has refused to accept any US-Russia peace deal without his participation in the process. He has also rebuffed Trump’s demand to sign a document that would cede 50% of Ukraine’s rare earth metals to the US. Perhaps most provocatively of all, Zelensky has floated the prospect of Ukraine and the EU creating a new military alliance that would be a direct competitor to NATO.

Zelensky is playing with fire. Ukraine totally depends on US military, intel, and financial support to survive. Without Elon Musk’s Starlink, Ukrainian troops no longer have a functional command and control system. Without US taxpayer dollars, the Ukrainian regime cannot pay its first responders and other government employees.There is nothing the Europeans could do that would fill the hole left by the US dumping Ukraine.

Zelensky would be well advised to remember what happened to Ngo Dinh Diem, the US-backed President of South Vietnam from 1955-63. Although the US initially had high hopes for Diem, they eventually came to view him as too erratic and unreliable. In 1963, the CIA helped organize a military coup that toppled Diem. The South Vietnamese president was executed in the back of an armored vehicle.
