There is increasing evidence that the BSW would have been represented in the Bundestag if the votes had been counted correctly. According to the official final result, we were only 9,529 votes short of entering parliament. It is essential that all ballots be accurately recounted as quickly as possible. This is because there are clearly systematic counting errors to the detriment of the BSW. Although only a small portion of these were corrected on the way from the preliminary to the official final result, the BSW has already gained over 4,000 votes, far disproportionately compared to the other parties. In the few recounts, some of which even took place in completely inconspicuous polling stations, the BSW received so many additional votes that, extrapolated, it would be enough to clear the 5 percent hurdle. The electoral fraud coalition of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU/SPD) would thus have no majority in the Bundestag and no democratic legitimacy.

It would be disastrous for our country and democracy if far-reaching political decisions were made by a Bundestag whose composition does not reflect the actual vote of the people. Every decent democrat should have an interest in dispelling this suspicion. We therefore call on all parties to grant our election objection and clear the way for a recount. The Federal Election Commission (BSW) demands nothing more and nothing less than that every vote cast for the Federal Election Commission (BSW) counts for the Federal Election Commission.
