All of which was driven by western “consultants”, one of which was Jeffrey Sachs, and of course, George Soros joined the party..

This gives rise to the hypothesis that the incentive method feeds the pirates that carry out the dirty work, but the sponsorship lies with the western banking establishment families and organizations… who get the lion share of any successful looting of nations… and staging in the new territory to expand to the next one, like cancer.
