According to Quds News Network, a leaked document reveals that billionaire Larry Ellison, pro-Israel and co-founder of Oracle, will bankroll the “New Gaza” project to rebuild Gaza as a free-trade zone under the leadership of former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Per the report, Ellison will invest over $350 million into the Tony Blair Institute, which is deeply integrated with Oracle, and both will help run a post-war Gaza under tight technological and AI control. Blair is also set to join Trump’s “Board of Peace” and play a central governing role in the project.
