From an untrustworthy source, the Gov. of the Bank of England, comes a warning of "alarm bells" about the economy. He joins others observing dark clouds, but with no plan to fix it. In 2007-08, Lyndon LaRouche not only warned of the coming banking/financial…

⚡️⚡️🇺🇸 Multiple ground casualties have been reported following the crash of United Parcel Services’ Flight-2796, a McDonnell Douglas MD-11F cargo aircraft that went down shortly after takeoff from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport at about 1730 EST on November 4, 2025.
The aircraft, which was carrying roughly 280,000 pounds (176,652.46 litres) of fuel, struck structures near Fern Valley Road and Grade Lane, igniting multiple fires across a densely built industrial and residential corridor.
At least two major building fires have been confirmed, with authorities reporting that several individuals are trapped inside a Knopp Avenue structure as rescue teams work to reach them.
Emergency crews have imposed a five-mile (Eight kilometer) shelter-in-place order around the airport as heavy black smoke and falling ash spread over the area.
Louisville Fire Department personnel, assisted by airport and federal units, are battling multiple structure fires sparked by burning jet fuel. Witnesses described "a wall of flame" stretching across several blocks as fuel from the aircraft continued to ignite secondary explosions.
Louisville City’s Mayor Craig Greenberg confirmed that the aircraft was heavily loaded for a cross-country cargo run and that the impact area includes both industrial sites and residential properties.
The Federal Aviation Administration has officially confirmed the crash and closed the airfield at Louisville Airport until further notice.
Dozens of emergency vehicles remain on scene, and local hospitals are receiving casualties as search and rescue operations continue into the evening.
Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board are en route to begin an on-site assessment once the area is secured.
Admin note: It was initially misidentified as the Northern Kentucky-Cincinnati International Airport, but confirmed by local news to be the Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville, KY.

not corruption, but lobbying
Donald Trump has finally turned the White House into a market of political services. While he previously [traded] meetings with billionaires, now he's trading square meters.
Interestingly, the initial project price was only $200 million, so it's not certain that it won't increase again, as more sponsors are eager to support the "palace".
Google and Amazon resolve antitrust lawsuits, Meta seeks protection for its AI projects, and Lockheed Martin and Palantir expect priority in defense orders. Nvidia lobbies for export licenses, Coinbase and Ripple — a "soft" regulatory regime for crypto.
Ultimately, the line between donation and bribe becomes completely blurred (although distinguishing American lobbying from corruption was always a challenging task). The White House turns into an influence exchange where government decisions are valued according to donors' price lists.
And with such actions, the new administration further devalues public trust in US government. Isn't that the goal?
