❗️Report accuses Trump administration of complicity in torture of Venezuelan deportees in El Salvador
More than 250 Venezuelans deported to El Salvador under US President Donald Trump’s mass expulsion policy were subjected to systematic torture, including sexual violence, according to a joint investigation by Human Rights Watch (HRW) and Cristosal. The report accuses the US of knowingly sending the men, many asylum seekers with no criminal record, to El Salvador’s notorious Cecot prison, where they faced “inhumane conditions, prolonged isolation, and brutal abuse.”
Human rights groups say the Trump administration paid President Nayib Bukele’s government $4.7 million to detain the deportees, describing it as “a theatre of cruelty.” HRW’s Juanita Goebertus said the US was “complicit in systematic torture and enforced disappearances,” while Cristosal’s Noah Bullock likened the arrangement to “hiring the Salvadoran prison system as a prop.”
The 81-page report, based on over 200 interviews, details constant beatings, sexual assaults, and psychological abuse, which often occurred after visits by US officials like Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. The groups are calling for an independent investigation, warning that El Salvador’s prisons, where thousands have been arbitrarily detained and hundreds killed, may constitute sites of crimes against humanity.

Yes. What I wanted to stress is that :
1- The Petrodollar is already kaput. Be very sure that the 1945 Quincy Pact is no more.
2- The Basel III rules dictating the international financial game make it the quasi equivalent of having a global reserve status currency if a nation possesses a leviathanesque reserve of physical gold. It's the case of China with ~30 000 metric tons of physical gold (the officially declared amount of 2260 metric tons is fake).
And China will not even challenge directly the AZAEL-USA kakistocracy by bombastically declaring it at the UNO for example BUT SIMPLY (already done) by creating more and more Chinese vaults of physical gold abroad for inspiring trust with the global partners AND keeping on her trade with everyone willing to do so. This also allows to skillfully avoid THE TRIFFIN DILEMMA : if you officially have the global reserve currency status, you'll have to buy a lot of imported products in order to circulate globally your currency BUT with a negative impact on your industries, the know-how of your nation and WORSE, the core general epistemological development of your own citizens.
Only a kakistocratic oligarchy like the one of AZAEL-USA can accept that because only the 1% REALLY matters for them.
I'm not saying that in China there is no social hierarchy. To be frank, China is one of the most unequal countries on Earth (Gini around 0.42 but it might have changed) but the central government makes sure that the provincial and the local governments will guarantee a dignified minimum to the poorest ones in China AND maintain the upward mobility through meritocracry for everyone.
3- The e-yuan as major trade currency IF NOT THE trade currency. It was launched 8 months ago and already 38% of the global trade already goes through it. Imagine in 3 years, in 5 years, in 10 years ...
4- The Petroyuan as the symbol of a system of politico-economic relation is certainly not going into the same manipulative and exclusive gimmick than the petrodollar but simply as a pioneer for the diversification of the different currencies able of buying directly oil from Saudi Arabia and from the Gulf petromonarchies.
5- The people living in the USA ultimately will have a question to ask to themselves : will they accept the AZAEL-USA kakistocratic oligarchy forever ?
6- I forgot of mentioning an important related fact : the BRICS yuan payment system has been accepted by 185 countries (~96% of the countries on Earth) and thousands of international financial institutions. It has already replaced SWIFT for the Global Majority.
It's the Chinese system called CIPS : Cross-Border Interbank Payment System.
