Yevgeny Alexeyevich Fyodorov has encouraged Russian President Vladimir Putin to launch a nuclear missile at the Nevada test range as a warning to the United States and other countries.
President Vladimir Putin had warned that the sanctions against Russia, which were still in force from western countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom, were "equivalent to an act of war."
"Until there is a physical evidence of (Moscow's) determination, America will consider the views of Russia and (Putin) as a bluff," Fyodorov said in an interview with MEMRI TV that was translated into English.
"Therefore, they require a demonstration. The actual destruction of America's Defense Department installations would be the most convincing demonstration possible. "I'm talking about facilities that we have the legal authority to demolish under international law."
