A senior pilot regarding conditions mentioned in Iranian media reports:
”If rescue teams are not receiving signals from the helicopter, it likely means that the special tracking equipment onboard has been destroyed.
In the Iranian president's helicopter, in addition to GPS and transponder systems, there is a separate special tracking device capable of transmitting signals for up to 72 hours.
After analyzing the reported conditions by Iranian media, the pilot concludes that if rescue teams aren't receiving signals from the helicopter, it's probable that the tracking tools onboard have been destroyed!”
