Charlie Kirk cooks clueless leftist who claims tampons are about DEI

Charlie Kirk brilliantly exposes why DEI fails everyone. Imagine the NBA, 75% Black, capping Black players at 30% for "diversity." Would the quality drop? Absolutely. The NFL, half Black, doing the same would replace top talent with unqualified players, tanking performance.  Forcing arbitrary diversity over merit harms excellence. 
Kirk’s point is clear: hire the best, period. Race-based quotas in any field whether it’s sports, business, or beyond will undermine quality and fairness. 
True equality means judging ability, not skin color. 
DEI doesn’t benefit anyone, it punishes competence and rewards mediocrity.
Let’s demand meritocracy, not divisive policies.
