California Mail-In Ballot Vulnerability Exposed

US Attorney Bill Essayli revealed a major flaw in California’s voter system: the state allows anyone to request mail-in ballots without a driver’s license or Social Security number. Users can simply check “I don’t have one” and receive a ballot. Essayli says Democrats removed him from the state elections committee for advocating voter ID enforcement, arguing that this loophole undermines election integrity. Republicans are being urged to act before Gavin Newsom’s special redistricting election.
