Gov. Mills activates National Guard to help Maine hospitals facing surge of COVID-19 patients

PORTLAND, Maine —
Gov. Janet Mills announced Wednesday that she has activated members of the National Guard to help Maine hospitals facing a continued surge of COVID-19 patients.

As of Wednesday, the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported a record 379 people hospitalized with the virus across the state. A record 117 people were in the intensive care unit and 60 were on ventilators.

Note:
On August 12, 2021, the Mills Administration announced an emergency rule requiring that certain workers at health facilities in Maine be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by October 29, 2021.

The potential corruption and abuse of such a rule should be obvious to anyone familiar with just how mendacious insurance companies can be.

In all likelihood insurance companies will simply demand a negative Covid test before paying anything, and if you test positive, no matter what you were treated for, you will be called a “covid case” and forced to pay out of pocket.

The bill could, essentially, wipe all health insurance off the books for unvaccinated people.
